What will you do?

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.

As our Medical Event Activation Intern, you will

• Assist in the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of medical events, scientific congresses, webinars, and hospital/clinic activations.
• Coordinate with external vendors, event agencies, and internal brand teams to ensure high-quality setup, booth design, and material delivery at events.
• Support communication and scheduling with medical Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and guest speakers for scientific presentations.
• Help adapt and prepare scientific communication materials, invitation letters, and doctor-gifting packages.
• Collect onsite feedback, track doctor attendance, and prepare post-event reports using data and CRM tools.

Who are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with healthcare professionals and vendors.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling event logistics and onsite coordination.
• Good written and verbal English skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint) to track data and create simple reports.
