A Day in the Life

As a Medical Detailing Specialist, you will be a key ambassador for the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division, specifically covering the Jakarta Selatan area. You will be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, especially dermatologists, to drive brand recommendation and solidify our position as a leader in life-changing dermatological solutions.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Execute Medical Detailing: Implement a strategic visit plan to engage with dermatologists and healthcare professionals, delivering accurate and compelling information about our product portfolio.
• Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain a network of key medical experts, becoming their go-to partner for dermatological skincare solutions.
• Educate professionals on the science and efficacy of our brands to secure their trust and increase prescriptions and recommendations.
• Take ownership of your territory, analyzing performance and identifying new opportunities to achieve business objectives.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate has:

• A proven track record with experience as a Product Specialist or Medical Representative, preferably within a multinational company.
• A Bachelor's degree; a scientific background is valued, but a strong history of success in the aesthetic or dermo-cosmetic field is highly regarded.
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of mobility required for this field-based role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and make an impact.
