Medical Area Manager (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, having the chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Medical Area Manager requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:
- Identifying, developing, and maintaining strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): dermatologists, pediatricians, and pharmacists.
- Managing Medical Visits by defining and monitoring strategy for the assigned area, ensuring that Medical Representatives reach their targets in terms of frequency and quality of visits to doctors.
- Representing the brand at local and national medical congresses and symposia, managing the scientific presence and booth activity.
- Following local action plans by following the national medical strategy into a localized action plan that addresses the specific needs and competitive landscape of the assigned territory.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of Medical Representatives.
- Monitoring performance indicators such as Trapper, Barometer results and prescription rates, recommendation scores from dermatologists, and market share evolution within the medical channel.
- Supervising visit planning of Medical Representatives through platform activity.
- Mastering and using monitoring tools for CRM/CLM platform activity.
- Carrying out qualitative and quantitative activity report in VEEVA.

- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
- Has 5 or more years of similar experience
- Has strong planning, analytical and organizational skills
- Has experience in people management and good leadership skills
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills
- Is able to work in a dynamic environment
- Has the ability to negotiate and collaborate
- Has general IT and administration skills
- Has strong teamwork and networking skills
- Is skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel and Power Point)
- Is fluent in Croatian and English language
- Has a driving license and is an active driver
