A Day in the Life

As the Medical Advocacy & Influence Manager for our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division, you will be pivotal in building brand credibility and love through strategic partnerships with medical experts. Your role is to bridge the gap between scientific expertise and consumer engagement, driving our mission forward in the digital landscape.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Influencer Relations: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key medical influencers to foster authentic brand love and advocacy.
  • Content Strategy & Translation: Translate complex medical information into compelling, consumer-centric narratives while maintaining scientific credibility and authority.
  • Performance Analytics: Develop a robust analytics framework to monitor content performance across all metrics, deriving actionable insights to guide future strategies.
  • Trend Analysis: Trend-jacking and understand trend on emerging social media trends, ensuring our content is relevant, timely, and engaging for our target audience in social media platform.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Collaborate with Advocacy on campaign and communication plan, to create more impactful results.


We Are Looking For

You are a strategic and creative individual with a strong scientific or medical background and a keen understanding of the digital world. You excel at building relationships and using data to drive decisions. We are looking for someone with:

  • A scientific or medical educational background.
  • Proven experience in building relationships with key opinion leaders or influencers, preferably in the medical or healthcare space.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, particularly in Content Analytics.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer marketing.
