Your mission…
As the Luxe Division Media & Search Lead you are the driving force of the media agenda for the division. You support all brand teams on digital activities ranging from media, paid and organic search, content development, ecommerce and other priority projects. You are the expert in your key focus areas and can cascade digital strategies to various internal and external stakeholders as well as being a sparring partner to them. You ensure the optimal usage of our media investments in collaboration with brands, agency partners and our CDMO team, continuously improving our digital KPIs.
You will…
- Drive the Nordic Luxe media frame and strategy for the division while considering brand specificities
- Support our brands with defining the right responsible media strategy depending on goals, target audience and budget that drives traffic, engages consumers and develops business
- Develop search strategy (paid & organic) for the division while making sure there is no cannibalisation between brands
- Cascade and implement Golden Rules across all campaigns and activations
- Be the expert & main point of contact for any media topic in the division, facilitate information and projects between CDMO, agencies and brand teams
- Understand the latest digital opportunities and trends to develop new initiatives and possibilities for the division, identifying test & learn projects to bring innovation together with the brand teams
- Help drive 1P data acquisition initiatives & activation in media
- Own & be the expert in media reporting tools (and share results to relevant stakeholders)
- Set, monitor and elevate digital performance KPIs to all stakeholders across the division
- Adapt the global strategic Luxe frame to the Nordic market and Luxe realities & opportunities
- Secure continuous digital upskilling of the teams
Your profile…
- +5 years of experience in media strategy, including offline media, programmatic display, paid social media, online video, paid & organic search and affiliate marketing
- Deep understanding of digital marketing – performance and data driven
- Strong competencies across core focus areas: media strategy, paid and organic search, performance and conversion media, website content, ecommerce
- Expert in analysing performance, digital KPI’s, developing insights to consistently optimise strategies & improve performance
- Entrepreneurial and able to translate consumer data into business opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- On top of latest digital trends particulary in media innovation
- Strong collaboration skills and able to interact and spar with stakeholders across the organisation
- Media agency or tech company experience preferred but not required
