As a Customer Master Data specialist, you will be accountable for: 

·        Perform the daily operations as data entry and processing of requests from the platform

·        Ensuring data integrity within SAP through regular data checks and corrections

·        Enhancing the functionalities of the Customer Master Data (CMD) request platform

·        EDI team support including EDI testing and set up of the customers

·        Assisting in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance workflow efficiency and to prepare for new SAP implementation.

·        Ensures regular CMD cleaning rules are well established and followed

·        Upskills the population on the CMD process

·        Ensures the processes are compliant with audit norms

·        Project management (f.e. customer master data cleaning initiative)

·        Assisting in the analysis and resolution of issues that affect customer master data quality.

·        Collaborating with various teams to gather information needed to update or create customer master data.

·        1-2 years experience within L‘Oreal or other company in Master Data/ Data Analytics or University graduate

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Strong analytical skills

·        Proactivity and sense of ownership

·        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SQL

·        Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

·        Proven ability to adhere to established rules and processes

·        Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment

·        Networking capability

·        Ability to articulate complex problems concisely and propose effective solutions

·        Project Management experience

·        Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English, Hungarian language skills are a plus
