Mission: As a Make-Up Expert Trainer, your mission will focus on training and follow-up in customer experience to activate retail levers, empowering teams on L’Oréal Luxe brands content, and developing and managing digital training tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training and coaching in-house brand teams at El Corte Inglés and Perfumeries, with a strong emphasis on sales techniques and KPIs to achieve business objectives. This will be done in coordination with El Corte Inglés Retail Area Managers (RAMs) and Perfumeries Retail Management teams.
- Developing a digital area focused on customer experience (tutorials, live streams, etc.) and engaging with Beauty Advisors (BAs) within the ONE RETAIL community.
- Adapting and creating training tools and content to support the training plan for each retail channel.
- Contributing to improved product sales, aligning with the brand strategy by providing expertise in the product category, the brand itself, and consumer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of experience in Retail/Retail Education.
- Strong command of Retail and consumer experience, with the ability to train on sales techniques and beauty services.
- Deep expertise in make-up, with proven professional experience.
- A profound understanding of the beauty market with a focus on trends on social media and the needs of different consumer profiles.
- Proficiency with digital tools.
- Fluent English.
- Sensitivity to luxury and attention to detail.
- Organizational & priorization skills.
- Excellent and impactful communication skills, capable of transmitting, inspiring, and motivating diverse audiences.
- Availability to travel throughout Spain
