IT Infrastructure and Service Manager 

Job Mission

Proactively manage relationships with the internal clients in order to identify their requirements and to manage the full life cycle of the technology infrastructure portfolio and support service (from the design to the run activities).

Key Accountability

· Translate the IT infrastructure and service strategy into an operational plan including financial, human and material aspects.

· Understand, challenge and formalize business requirements and supervise mediations between the métier(s) and IT possibilities and constraints.

· Guarantee the design activities for any new infrastructure project while ensuring the business cases elaboration. 

· Steer the build activities and manage all IT projects ensuring the quality, content, costs and deadlines. 

· Guarantee the operational stability & efficiency

· Guarantee the operational efficiency and Service Level Agreements of the technology and infrastructure running under his/her domains and ensure that the necessary evolutions are recommended and implemented.

· Manage all relations within his/her domain (IT/business/third parties/vendors).

· Recruit, develop and manage his/her teams; ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organizational changes.

· Watch the market/technology trends and spot potential evolutions in line with business opportunities.

· As member of APAC IT Infrastructure leadership team, proactively provide input to the APAC strategy and lead APAC projects when needed.

· Work closely with IT Employee Experience team to initiate, test, deploy and promote IT solutions.

 Requirements

• • Bachelor degree in computer science or similar
• • More than 10 years of IT working experience with at least 5 years of IT management experience in multi-national company
• • Good knowledge and solid experience in IT infrastructure domains including network, hosting and workspace technologies
• • Good knowledge of IT security and ITSM
• • Knowledge of system integration is a plus
• • Knowledge and experience of Cloud solution is a plus
• Fluent English
