Join our team and step into an exciting role where you'll be at the forefront of customer engagement and digital innovation. As our DD Manager, you'll drive impactful CRM campaigns and manage our loyalty program, ensuring seamless customer journeys. You'll analyze data, collaborate with our CRM agency, and share digital best practices with our brands. Your support will be instrumental in implementing new initiatives, like CRM data integration, while consolidating key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities
CRM Communications:
- Develop and deliver the CRM communications plan.
- Manage end-to-end execution of communication channels (email/SMS/WhatsApp) for effective customer journeys, conversion, and retention.
- Segment the customer database and personalize messaging accordingly.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality creative assets.
Data Analysis and Management:
- Monitor and manage the CRM database, identifying trends and abnormalities.
- Champion a data-driven approach to CRM planning and collaborate with the Marketing team to share learnings and benchmark performance.
- Generate marketing reports from CRM dashboards and analyze them to identify customer trends and actionable insights.
- Campaign Development and Optimization:
- Develop, implement, and manage recruitment and retention marketing tactics aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize email/SMS/WhatsApp communication flows, leverage insights for timing, targeting, and content.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement levels.
- Customize campaigns based on customer lifecycle stage and engagement level.
Data Integration and Coordination:
- Drive new initiatives and projects related to data integration, collaborating with various teams (CPRV IT, Retail, etc.).
- Coordinate with brands and e-commerce teams to support CRM ad hoc campaigns and mechanics.
Training and Stakeholder Support:
- Train and update stakeholders on data capture, data privacy, and best practices.
- Provide assistance and advice on personalized targeting and content strategies.
- Support internal and external customer service inquiries related to redemption.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports on CRM KPIs, providing insights to the team, zone, and GM.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of studies
- At least4-7years of experience in CRM, Loyalty, etc
- Data-Driven and Analytical: Utilizes data for informed decision-making and analysis.
- Customer-Centric: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and understands their needs.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Finds innovative solutions to challenges.
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Coordination and Organization: Efficiently coordinates activities and tasks.
- Fast Learner and Adaptability: Quickly learns and adapts to new concepts and environments.
- Resilient and Driven: Demonstrates resilience and embraces challenges for growth.
