We have a suitable opening in the Packaging team for the role of Lead – Skin Care and Make up Packaging for SAP (South Asia, Pacific) zone, based in Mumbai.
The position is responsible for leading a geographically dispersed and diverse SAPMENA team to develop and deploy packaging across new product launches and support to rapidly growing markets across all divisions and categories.
This role would require developing the regional packaging strategy in line with the Global Packaging strategy and will be accountable to deliver financial, sustainability, innovation, data requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and Leads Skin care and Make up Packaging by contributing to Operations' strategy and the Group's Packaging policy while ensuring its implementation in line with L'Oréal for the Future’s objectives (Packaging Sustainability)
- Anticipates the load of the service, the needs and the necessary resources to achieve the projects, to set the objectives of the service and to arbitrate the priorities
- Leads and sets goals and decides on priorities on the basis of strategic priority of the operations and the orientations fixed for the 'Métier' (Quality, cost, leadtime and sustainability)
- Ensures the application of, and compliance with, the design quality system, verifies its effectiveness and adapts it to customers' needs (Marketing, plants, etc)
- Ensures business best practices are applied (industrial property rights, environmental objectives, etc.)

- Advises and assists development and plant teams on assessing launch risks
