What are we looking for?
 

Are you good in handling complex data? Are you an excellent communicator? We’re looking for someone like that to help us: 

• Manage LID monthly sales forecasts process from collection from distributors to validation / finalization for procurement and reporting.
• Ensure sales forecast accuracy and building of turnover through comprehensive sales forecast process.
• Analyze forecast with evaluation of distributor objectives on stock equation and inventory quality. Lead forecast review meetings with distributors as one initiative to ensure improvement on forecast accuracy.
• Manage launch book and promotion sizing with distributors, Marketing and Commercial for submission to International Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure the global sales forecast consistency through building consensus between the distributors, commercial, marketing and finance versus financial trend and sales history.
• Contribute on catalogue management and its rationalization
  
  

The ideal candidate should have: 

• 2-4 years of similar experience handling wide range of data 
• Analytical mind (very good with numbers)
• Cultural awareness of regional stakeholders  
• Proficient Excel skills, hands on experience with Macros and PowerBI is a plus   
• Proficiency in SAP system is a plus
• High energy level – we work hard and we play hard too!
