A Day in the Life:
As a Product Manager at L’Oréal Luxe, you will be the architect of product success, orchestrating the launches and growth strategies for our pillar fragrance and beauty products. Your deep understanding of the market, the consumer, and your product expertise will be crucial in driving brand love and exceeding business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consumer & Market Intelligence: Be the voice of the consumer! Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Launch & Growth Strategist: Lead the charge in launching new products and driving sustainable growth for our luxury products through strategic planning and execution. Lead the book sizing for all launches and corresponding PLV. Manage, communicate and maintain the product catalogue to ensure accurate reporting
- 360 Marketing Maestro: Craft and implement integrated marketing campaigns (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) that captivate our target audience and build unforgettable brand experiences.
- Communication Catalyst: Adapt communication materials according to brand guidelines across all channels (visuals, digital assets, point of sale) to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message designed by the global teams. Craft compelling brand presentations for internal and external stakeholders aligned to the brand vision and strategy.
- Collaboration Champion: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, education, agencies) to execute the broader business strategy, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on target. Manage, maintain and take full ownership of all critical brand files to ensure seamless collaboration across departments (PLV tool, L&P, Sell in templates)
- Category Expert: Leverage your expertise of the consumer, market, and competitive landscape to provide data-driven recommendations to management. Analyze market, sell in and sell out data and report on findings on a monthly basis at a detailed level.
- Budget Boss: Manage the brand P&L with financial acumen, able to articulate the drivers of the P&L and ensure accurate sales forecasting, book sizing and budget allocation. Effectively manage all PLV to ensure correct usage and minimizing of waste. Manage and maintain the budget trackers to ensure accurate reporting and full compliance of all processes.
- Brand Guardian: Protect and champion the brand's identity, ensuring all actions align with the brand's purpose and values. Articulate the identity and storytelling of the brand heritage including the creative direction and strategy to influence and convince internal and external stakeholders. Partner closely with the retail and education teams to implement a winning retail strategy, guaranteeing excellent execution of all materials and services.
- Media Maven: Develop and implement impactful media and promotion plans, ensuring seamless execution of the trade marketing strategy.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in Beauty/Retail preferably in the luxury goods sector of the industry.
- Proven success in the fragrance industry is highly advantageous.
- Analytical powerhouse with exceptional critical thinking skills.
- Decisive leader with a knack for making informed decisions efficiently.
- Communication virtuoso with a talent for building strong relationships and collaborating effectively.
- A natural leader who inspires and motivates teams towards shared goals.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.
