We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Skin Pro to join our vibrant Kiehl’s Boutique team. As a Kiehl's ambassador, you'll cultivate a vibrant and welcoming environment and deliver an unparalleled customer experience that embodies the Kiehl's philosophy of genuine care and personalized service.

JOIN OUR TEAM

• Provide exceptional skincare advice and demonstrations, showcasing Kiehl's products with skill and confidence
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through personalized consultations, resulting in increased sales and brand loyalty
• Ensure the Boutique is always beautifully merchandised and reflects the Kiehl's brand identity
• Maintain a deep understanding of Kiehl's product line and current skincare trends to provide informed recommendations
• Collaborate effectively with the Boutique Manager/Assistant Manager and fellow Skin Pros to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations in a fast-paced retail setting
• Deep commitment to creating unique and memorable experiences for each customer
• Genuine passion for skincare, with a strong interest in current trends and product knowledge
