Key Account Manager

We are searching for a passionate and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Luxe Division in Woodmead, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Be the vital link between our prestigious brands and key accounts, cultivating strong relationships and driving sales growth to maximize our brand presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, including leading Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top-level stakeholders.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the luxury consumer and market dynamics to shape account strategy through both a brand and retailer lens.
  • Analyze sales data, track competitor activities, and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivering results.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a related field within the luxury sector, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, enabling you to navigate complex situations and secure win-win partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build lasting relationships.
  • A deep understanding of the luxury beauty industry, including market dynamics, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and a passion for innovation.
