A Day in the Life
As a Key Account Manager in our Consumer Products Division, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing strategic clients in the market. Reporting to the Channel Leader, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish L’Oréal CPD brands as a top partner in the beauty category. This is your chance to shape the future of beauty in a dynamic and fast-growing market.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders at the client level, including buyers, category managers and marketing teams.
- Drive Growth: Lead promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and omnichannel sales.
- Strategic Planning: Own the P&L for the client, crafting and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales growth and profit targets.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Digital Excellence: Deliver best-in-class execution of the digital shelf, focusing on availability, content, placement, and ratings/reviews.
We Are Looking For
- Experience in commercial roles, with a focus on account management or category management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to inspire teamwork and innovation.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
