A Day in the Life
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the growth and success of our Professional Products Division brands within a designated portfolio of retail accounts. You will act as the key partner for our retailers, developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, enhance brand presence, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
- Strategic Account Management: You will manage relationships with retail accounts, develop joint business plans, and lead negotiations for promotions, merchandising, and marketing initiatives to achieve mutual goals.
- Activation & Flawless Execution: You will coordinate all retail activations, from product launches to seasonal campaigns. This includes liaising with brand and design teams, forecasting materials like testers and GWPs, and ensuring perfect in-store implementation.
- Performance & Analytics: You will track weekly sell-out data, analyze category and brand performance, and conduct regular business reviews with partners to propose data-driven solutions for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with brand, retail design, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of retail plans and manage the activation budget, including POs and financial tracking.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a results-oriented and consumer-centric individual with a hands-on approach to drive our retail success. You are a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, with relevant experience in the beauty, FMCG, or luxury goods industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong business acumen and experience in retail and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- An effective, structured, and hands-on approach to project management.
