A Day in the Life
As a Junior Store Manager for NYX Professional Makeup in Sibiu, you will take full ownership of the store’s operations, team, and customer experience. Reporting to the Retail Supervisor, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional results, ensuring the store is a vibrant hub for beauty enthusiasts and a reflection of the NYX Professional Makeup brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Train and develop staff in beauty expertise, product knowledge, customer service, merchandising, and store operations.
- Store Operations & Business Management:
- Oversee all in-store operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Forecast and reforecast business performance, focusing on productivity to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate pricing, signage, and displays at all times.
- Customer Experience & Community Engagement:
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers, fostering loyalty and building strong relationships with the community.
- Identify opportunities to drive traffic into the store through local events and partnerships.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute short- and long-term plans to achieve the store’s business strategy.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute merchandising directions, campaigns, and sales promotions in a timely manner.
- Regularly communicate with your Direct Manager to discuss business strengths, opportunities, and trends.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for beauty, retail, and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience & Knowledge:
- At least 2 years of specialty retail management experience.
- A graduate degree in Higher Education.
- Proven ability to independently solve moderate to complex problems.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build relationships and foster loyalty.
- Availability to work flexible hours.
