What Will Be Your Responsibilities: 

 

Compliance: 

The Indirect Sourcing & Content Specialist will oversee the daily operations related to Compliance processes & data quality, supporting the Compliance effort of our 16 Purchasing teams across Europe. 

 

This includes:

  • Supplier referencing process execution, including document collection, compliance checks, and data entry.
  • Planning, scheduling, and tracking execution of Suppliers’ social audits for European entities. 
  • Planning & executing yearly campaigns & compliance checks (E.g., financial health, dependency, anti-corruption processes) 
  • Managing & collecting compliance documentation (E.g., Ethical Commitment Letter, General Terms and Conditions)
  • Contributing to risk management evaluation campaigns (E.g., data privacy, cybersecurity campaigns) 

 

Sustainability:

The Purchasing Data and Content Specialist will oversee the daily operations in Sustainable sourcing processes execution, data collection and quality, contributing to our Sustainable sourcing compliance and goals.

 

This includes:

  • Yearly campaigns: Support Suppliers Sustainability evaluation (E.g., Ecovadis, CDP) 
  • Collect and report KPIs related to Sustainable Sourcing programs (E.g., Retail Eco-design, Forest Policy, Inclusive Sourcing) 
  • Manage & update information in our Source to Contract tool (MySourcing), related to our Sustainable Sourcing programs. 
  • Dashboards: Create & maintain sustainability dashboards. 

 

Data quality & Purchasing content management

The Purchasing Data & Content Specialist will look after the data quality & content update in our S2C & P2P tools. 

 

This includes:

  • Data Quality & consistency: Ensure data quality and consistency in our S2C & P2P tools: SAP, MySourcing and MyMarket, plan and support data quality campaigns. 
  • MyMarket (P2P): maintain Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL) and ordering channels, support Annual content update.
  • MySourcing (S2C): maintain and update information, documents & data in alignment with our purchasing teams across Europe.
  • Data analysis: extract, prepare and analyse data/information to provide guidance and inputs to build action plans and improvement opportunities. 
  • The Purchasing Data & Content Specialist will also be responsible for reporting activities, specifically related to analyzing, interpreting, and defining actions based on reports, providing significant insights, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to each local Purchasing Director.

 

People you will work closely with:

In this role, you will work closely with Purchasing Buyers in the 15 entities, the Sourcing Excellence Director and the Sustainable Sourcing Director at Europe Zone level, and Supplier contacts across Europe.
