Available in retail pharmacy and medical outlets worldwide, they're both developed and approved by health professionals like dermatologists, paediatricians and cosmetic doctors. LDB is leading the way in the dermocosmetic and cosmeceutical industry with brands like La Roche Posay, CeraVe and SkinCeuticals.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an In-Clinic Coach to join our L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division in VIC, coaching & supporting local Doctors, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons in delivering exceptional patient and client results through integrated skincare for SkinCeuticals across Melbourne on a 12 month contract!
- Develop and maximise your territory through building strong business partnerships and education on the retail and professional range
- Achieve sales targets and KPI’s aligned with the strategic goals of the business through education and in person coaching sessions with clinics in your region
- Work closely with a Business Development Manager to collaborative manage, support, and educate all clinics in your shared region
- Support the Business Development Manager in onboarding new clinics
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- You are a beauty or dermal therapist with a minimum of 2years’ clinical experience including Laser
- You possess training experience educating or coaching on skin health and formulations with active ingredients
- You are a self-starter and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
- You possess great relationship building skills
- You have a passion for skincare
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will have a vibrant and engaging personality and a drive to succeed
- Full Australian Drivers license, toll account and reliable vehicle
