What You Will Do:
We are seeking a technically proficient IT Analyst to spearhead Solution Design, Business Transformation, Project Management, and Global Supply Chain rollouts within L’Oréal’s IT ecosystem. In this role, you will be key to ensuring the operational excellence, support, and evolution of our supply chain planning systems across the Americas zone (US, Canada, and Latin America).
You will balance two critical missions: working together with expert on providing a level L4 Technical Support for advanced troubleshooting—with a strong focus on SAP APO SNP (Supply Network Planning)—and actively participating in Build activities (system enhancements, local/regional rollouts, and the future transition roadmap toward S/4HANA ePPDS / IBP). You will collaborate closely with regional managers, a Central Team in France, and our AMS support partners in India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. L4 Support & Application Health (Americas Scope)
- Act as the last escalation point (L4) for complex supply planning issues across the Americas, resolving critical incidents and service requests within SLAs, with a focus on SAP APO SNP.
- Monitor system "health" per need, as interface stability with partner systems, coordinating proactive communication with business stakeholders.
- Assist during business-critical windows such as monthly planning cycles, MRP runs, and peak operational periods (including occasional weekend support when critical).
2. Build Activities & S/4HANA Transition Roadmap
- Partner on regional rollouts and business transformation projects, translating business planning objectives into functional IT specifications.
- Facilitate, design, and test system enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes in SAP APO modules (focusing on SNP; exposure to PP/DS is a plus), working closely to seniors experts.
- Actively participate in project preparation, data mapping, and testing activities for the upcoming transition/integration from legacy SAP APO to more recent solutions.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless integration between legacy systems and next-generation S/4HANA platforms.
3. User Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain clear job aids, system procedures, and technical documentation.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to drive system adoption and digital maturity among regional key users.
- Liaison with our AMS support team to share knowledge, align support processes, and promote continuous operational improvements.
Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a Supply Chain-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring SAP APO SNP within a Supply Chain domain.
- Support & Build Experience: Experience handling advanced troubleshooting (L4 support) and participating in IT projects, system enhancements, or rollouts.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain planning concepts (MRP, demand planning, network planning, and master data).
- Familiarity with SAP ECC modules (MM, PP and/or SD) and data interface/integration tools is a strong plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively inside a geographically dispersed, multicultural team.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish. Professional proficiency in English is required. Portuguese and/or French are desirable.
