As our Store Manager, reporting directly to the Retail and Education Manager, you will be the pioneer of our brand-new counter at Myer Pitt Street. This is not just a retail job; you are launching a sanctuary of ultra-premium skincare, leading a dedicated team to bring our legendary formulas and high-touch cellular treatments to life.

In this role, you will write the launch success story through these key missions:

• Inspire and Elevate Your Team: Recruit, coach, and empower your beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in luxury service and deep product expertise.
• Drive Retail Excellence: Own the counter's business strategy, maximize sales performance, manage stock levels, and execute flawless brand animations in partnership with Myer.
• Cultivate Elite Client Relationships: Deliver personalized, high-touch skincare consultations, introducing Melbourne's most discerning clients to our cutting-edge cosmetic medicine innovations.
• Be the Face of the Brand: Act as a true brand ambassador, building strong collaborative relationships with Myer store management to optimize brand presence and visibility.
