As our Head of Finance - LDB, reporting directly to CFO and Division General Manager, you will co-pilot division's strategy and lead a team to drive sustainable, long-term profitability.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Co-Piloting: Act as a key business partner to commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams, optimizing resource allocation and evaluating new business opportunities.
- Financial Performance & Control: Oversee the entire P&L, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and maintain the Group's robust internal control framework.
- Data Storytelling: Transform complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives that influence decision-making for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Guide, develop, and empower your finance team to achieve operational excellence.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly experienced financial leader with a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit.
- Strategic Financial Controlling: Deep expertise in business controlling, P&L management, and cost optimization, preferably within the FMCG or beauty industry.
- Data Analytics & Systems: Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills and hands-on SAP experience.
