A Day in the Life

As the Head of Channel, you will be a key leader within our Consumer Products Division in Vietnam, shaping the strategy and driving the growth of our brands in the country's most dynamic retail environments. Reporting to the Commercial Offline Director, you will lead a dedicated team to achieve ambitious commercial objectives and build powerful, lasting partnerships with our key accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Channel Development: Design and execute the commercial strategy for key channels to accelerate growth, gain market share, and enhance brand presence.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail partners, leading negotiations and developing joint business plans that drive mutual success.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop your team of account managers, fostering a culture of high performance, agility, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Commercial Excellence: Ensure best-in-class in-store execution, from merchandising and promotions to brand visibility, working closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to create a seamless shopper experience.

Your strategic mindset and deep understanding of the FMCG retail landscape in Vietnam will be key to your success. We value an entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative leader who can inspire their team and build strong cross-functional relationships.

To succeed, you should have:

  • Channel & Customer Activation: Expertise in developing and driving channel-specific strategies, particularly within Modern Trade and Drugstore environments.
  • Account Management: A strong track record in managing major accounts, negotiation, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth Management: The ability to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and manage the channel P&L to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Field Sales Management: Experience in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • In-Store Excellence: A keen eye for optimizing the retail environment and shopper experience.
