YOUR FUTURE TEAM 

Within the Beauty Tech HRIS department, you will join the Innovation team as a Project Manager and Artificial Intelligence Expert at Global level. Your key role will be to accelerate the digital transformation of Human Resources by identifying, assessing and deploying disruptive solutions based on cutting-edge technologies and AI. You will contribute to L'Oréal's strategic challenges and shape the future of our HR tools. 

You will work in close collaboration with IT and HR teams at the CORE level, and develop strong partnerships with our zone, country and business coordinator teams. 

What a day in the life of the HR Tech team looks like:  

You will report to the HR Tech Innovation Lead and your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Explore new technological trends and innovation opportunities
  • Understand HR business needs to design and propose relevant,innovativeand high value IT solutions
  • Conduct feasibility analyses, evaluate and select the most suitable solutions
  • Lead projects (Generative IA, tailor-made tools, …) from ideation phase through todeployement
  • Deploy solutions that will maximize HR performance and enhance the user experience of our employees
  • Actively participate in IT committees and interact with various IT stakeholders & topics (GDPR, Architecture, Integration, contract management, security tests follow-up, …)

You will apply Agile project management methodology.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have: 

Background: 

  • Familiarity with Snowflake AI, GCP Vertex AI (ADK)
  • Knowledge on Agentic AI
  • Fluent in English and French
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT and Project Management

Skills: 

  • Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
  • Thrives in fast-paced, complex environments with proactive and autonomous work style
