  • Vendor & Research Management: Manage relationships with global test centers and analytical vendors. Identify new CROs, testing vendors, and collaborators for medical and adjunctive clinical studies.
  • Medical Communication: Assist in the development of scientific and medical communications, including scientific posters, publications, and symposia slide decks for use at dermatology and related medical congresses. Present study designs and results at internal meetings and external scientific/medical sessions.
  • Advisory Boards: Develop the global advisory board strategy for product innovation and publication development, including the coordination of content and outputs.
  • Scientific Monitoring: Stay current on and summarize new publications and scientific communications in dermatology and skincare to assist with innovation, clinical study ideation, and competitive response.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the CeraVe brand at major scientific congresses (domestic & international), KOL advisory boards, and local market events.

Qualifications

  • Education: Advanced Clinical/Science degree or professional credentials required (PhD, PharmD, and/or MD).
  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant transferable experience (clinical practice, medical or scientific communication, Medical Science Liaison, cosmetic R&I, etc.).
  • Specialization: Experience in Medical/Cosmetic Dermatology or Skincare disciplines is strongly desired.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage team members while supporting their professional projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong strategic, conceptual, and independent thinking skills, paired with excellent analytical and presentation abilities.
  • Research Expertise: Experience performing clinical research and/or analyzing complex clinical data.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians and other Healthcare Professionals.
