Join our Corporate Intellectual Property legal team in Clichy, France, as an Intellectual Property Lawyer. You will be a key partner in securing, enhancing, and defending the Group's intellectual property rights, ensuring our innovations and brand identities are protected worldwide.
- Strategic IP Management: You will implement trademark clearance strategies, manage a global IP portfolio with external counsel, and monitor third-party activities.
- Contract & Dispute Resolution: You will draft and negotiate key IP agreements and manage legal disputes, from opposition proceedings to infringement claims.
- Business Partnership: You will train and advise our Marketing teams on key IP principles, helping to shape best practices and foster an IP-aware culture.
