You will...

• Educate and inspire L’Oréal Professionnel partner salons in your designated regions on product knowledge, helping them develop their business through enhanced service offerings.
• Run seminars, shows, and events to further engage and motivate salon teams.
• Spearhead new product launches within salons, driving excitement and adoption among stylists and clients.
• Build a strong social media presence, interacting through online platforms to amplify brand messaging, engage audiences, and grow your online community.
• Provide dedicated support and partnership to L’Oréal Professionnel Salon Business Partners, fostering collaborative growth.
• Act as a brand ambassador, occasionally managing the L’Oréal Professionnel hotline to address salon inquiries and provide expert guidance.

You are...

• A passion for education and a minimum of two years' experience as a hairdresser/educator.
• A genuine interest in training others and seeking continuous professional development within the field of education.
• An extroverted, flexible, and open-minded personality, full of initiative and a desire to inspire others.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• A valid driver's license (B) and a willingness to travel extensively throughout Norway (and sometimes the Nordics).
• A base in the Trondheim area.
• Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
