WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Define e-commerce strategy by working closely with the marketing & digital marketing
- Following the annual targets, agreements and reconciliations of e-commerce accounts
- Observing sales, promotions, marketing & social media activities over digital platforms
- Tracking e-commerce account web sites for optimization opportunities including promo, placement & content
- Researching global benchmarks & keeping team up to date in terms of UI/UX, services & eventing
- Making all the data required to be obtained within the scope of the contract from all e-com accounts and sharing it with the relevant teams
- Increasing the service quality by making stock - sales analysis of e-commerce accounts, to ensure that there is no loss of sales by maintaining stock levels
- Acquiring potential customers and improving existing customers in line with the e-commerce market dynamics
- Managing pure player accounts sell-out activity plan and coordinating sell-in
- Consolidating the periodic sales forecast from accounts in line with account targets and sharing it with the planning team
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 years university degree
- Minimum 3 years of related experiences in e-commerce and sales for Executive, minimum 5 years of experience for manager
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
- Collaborative & technology-savvy
- Able to proactively interact with other teams & platforms
