The Role:

As an HR Manager at L'Oréal, you will:

  • Be a Talent Champion: Attract, develop, and retain top talent, driving career growth and building a high-performing workforce.
  • Lead Strategic HR Initiatives: Implement key HR programs and projects, partnering with the DHR to shape the future of HR at L'Oréal.
  • Drive Performance & Reward: Manage the MAP process and compensation reviews, ensuring fair and competitive pay practices.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Cultivate a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and respect, enhancing the employee experience.
  • Ensure Legal Compliance: Navigate complex labor laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Track key HR metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor & Develop: Guide and support a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and expertise.
  • Be a Change Agent: Anticipate and manage organizational change, acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a fast-paced, global organization.
  • A deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
