You Will 

• Play an important role in driving the team to achieve both the Sell In & Sell Out Target. 

• Develop and enhance DA capability in both hard and soft skills. 

• Co-operate with other related functions to ensure the storefront operations & activities are executed well as plan. 

• Generate Report to accurately check operational execution.

You Have 

• Potential Candidate who has passion in beauty & skincare 

• Experienced in Retail Operations. (Beauty Industry is a plus) 

• Strong leadership and people management skill. 

• Strong interpersonal skills & able to work with multiple business partners both inside and outside the organization. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

• Ability to work in various areas and travel upcountry.
