The Role:
We are currently expanding our Consumer Engagement team, led by Jana, to provide exceptional service across all our brands (L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Lancôme, Kiehl's, Prada, Kérastase, Matrix, La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, etc.) through social media and email channels.
As our new Consumer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing communication with followers across our social media platforms and engaging with product users. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and engaging support, strengthening their connection with our beloved brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage external communication
- Interact actively with our social media followers and customers via email.
- Provide advice, answer product-related questions, and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize social media management software and CRM systems (e.g., Sprinklr, Salesforce) to streamline operations.
- Summarize customer data, behaviors, and market trends, providing valuable insights.
- Report findings to your direct manager and collaborate with other teams such as Marketing and Sales.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in customer service (ideally B2C, with experience in cosmetics, pharmacy, or FMCG being an advantage).
- Proficiency in navigating and engaging on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
- Fluent in Hungarian for customer support itself
- Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak essential for collaboration with international colleagues, meetings, and software usage.
- A communicative, responsible, and organized individual.
- A reliable team player with strong social empathy.
- Familiarity with systems like Sprinklr or Salesforce is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
