A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Corporate Marketing & Image Director, you will be a key player in shaping L'Oréal's corporate narrative. You'll own your projects, driving impactful content creation from concept to execution, and constantly seeking innovative ways to elevate our brand's visibility and desirability. You'll be part of a diverse team, collaborating closely with manay departments  to ensure alignment with overall corporate brand strategy. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across various departments and divisions, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Develop and execute a global content strategy with a digital-first approach, creating engaging content in diverse formats (video, audio, written) that resonates with our target audiences. You'll define content goals, identify key touchpoints, and measure performance against established KPIs.
  • Curate and Amplify: Gather and curate content from across L'Oréal's internal ecosystem, transforming it into compelling corporate stories that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audiences.
  • Innovate and Experiment: Continuously monitor industry trends, identifying opportunities to test new formats, angles, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful. Embrace an agile approach, iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Establish Best Practices: Develop and maintain content guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels. Analyze post-campaign data to inform future content strategies and optimize performance.
  • Lead with Ownership: Manage your projects independently, setting timelines, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing budgets effectively. You'll negotiate with external vendors and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a highly creative and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in content creation. You are a self-starter, comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You are passionate about storytelling and have a keen eye for detail. 

You have:

  • A degree in Communications or a related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in content creation in an agency or corporate/brand environment.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing successful campaigns, with a focus on 360° activations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including experience interacting with senior executives and external partners.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of customer-centric principles and practices.
  • A passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • A strong aesthetic sense, storytelling ability, creativity, and ideation skills.
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
