As the Community Manager, you will be the architect of the brand’s cultural presence for our new luxury launch in Jakarta. You will cultivate a dedicated community of advocates by creating authentic connections and memorable experiences. Your mission is to build a universe around the brand by orchestrating strategic partnerships and amplifying its voice through the most credible storytellers in the market.
• Community & Advocacy Building: You will develop and execute a strategy to build an engaged community, turning brand enthusiasts into true advocates. You will identify, nurture, and manage authentic relationships with key creators, artists, and opinion leaders whose values align with our brand's unique ethos.
• Strategic Partnerships: You will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with like-minded brands, cultural institutions, and local businesses that align with our brand’s sophisticated and design-led identity.
• Influence & Experience Curation: You will lead the brand's influence strategy, from seeding programs to campaign execution. You will conceptualize and orchestrate unique brand events, from intimate gatherings to larger-scale cultural activations, that create meaningful dialogue and offer an unparalleled brand experience for our community and partners.
• Performance & Storytelling: You will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that highlights our community, partnerships, and advocacy activities. You will track and analyze the performance of your initiatives, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.

We are seeking a creative and culturally-attuned individual with a natural talent for building relationships. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep appreciation for the arts, design, and culture. You are a natural connector, able to identify opportunities for authentic collaboration and bring them to life.
To be a great match for this role, you have:
• Demonstrated experience in community management, partnerships, influence, or experiential marketing, ideally within a luxury, design, or lifestyle brand.
• A strong network within Indonesia’s cultural and creative scenes, including key opinion leaders and creators.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage events, partnerships, and influencer campaigns from concept to execution.
• A strategic and creative mindset, with strong storytelling and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
