A Day in the Life
As a Community Advocacy Specialist, you will be the driving force behind building and engaging an active community of creators, fostering user-generated content (UGC), and brand advocacy for L’Oréal products. You will:
- Trends & Analytics: Conduct research in assigned categories, track trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior. Identify growth opportunities, provide recommendations on brand and AI strategies, and share category insights and best practices across the organization.
- IRM & Community: Develop and implement strategies to engage a community of content creators, ensuring their onboarding, engagement, and retention. Organize events, challenges, and missions to stimulate UGC creation and foster a sense of belonging.
- Multibrand Activation: Promote new multidivisional segments (e.g., Men, Gaming) and event priorities (e.g., #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt). Activate paid and organic multibrand influencer campaigns leveraging L’Oréal’s portfolio.
- Tools & Vendors: Manage tools and vendors to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
We Are Looking For
- You’re a great match for this role if you have:
- Expertise in developing awareness campaigns and influencer strategies.
- Deep knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and connections.
- Interest and understanding of beauty and cosmetics trends.
- A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level.
