A Day in the Life

Based in our Copenhagen office, you will be a key financial architect shaping our commercial success across the Nordics. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner to our Commercial and General Management teams, ensuring our growth is both ambitious and profitable across our iconic brands.

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead Financial Steering: Own and proactively manage the P&L from Net Sales to Gross Margin, navigating risks and opportunities to ensure we achieve our financial targets.
  • Drive Strategic Forecasting: Orchestrate the end-to-end commercial forecast, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to build robust, data-driven plans.
  • Ensure Commercial Governance: Serve as a key financial validator for commercial activities. You will help shape pricing strategies, promotional plans, and trade terms to safeguard brand equity and profitability.
  • Deliver Performance Analysis: Dive deep into channel and client performance data to provide actionable insights, challenge commercial assumptions, and enhance our Gross-to-Net efficiency.


We Are Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic actions. You are a natural collaborator who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive financial performance.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Financial Acumen & P&L Management: At least 4 years of solid experience in financial controlling and P&L management, ideally gained within an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Proven ability to act as a co-pilot to commercial teams, influencing decisions and driving value.
  • Data Analysis & Storytelling: Advanced skills in analyzing financial data to identify key insights and present them in a compelling, actionable way.
  • Influence & Stakeholder Management: The capacity to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial Mindset: An ability to work seamlessly across functions, fostering collaboration between commercial and finance teams.
