A Day in the Life You will report into the Finance Director and join a small, international finance team of 3 supporting L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty brands (eg. Vichy, La Roche‑Posay, CeraVe). You will operate across Compass, SAP, DPM, LEAP, Magnitude and Excel to deliver high‑quality commercial finance insight.

• Financial Planning & Reporting: Prepare budget, trend and actual schedules; deliver official month‑end and trend reporting in Compass/Magnitude.
• Trade Spend & Gross‑to‑Net: Own gross‑to‑net trade spend analysis (in‑store, catalog, retailer.com allowances, markdowns); lead monthly National Accounts review calls.
• Business Partnering & Analysis: Provide actionable P&L variance analysis and commercial insights for Sales, Marketing, Brand Controllers and Sales Ops.
• Process & Systems: Review sets and finished goods routing in DPM; liaise with BEST and cross‑functional teams to improve data flows and controls.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
• Trade Spend / Gross‑to‑Net Management
• SAP / Financial Systems Proficiency (Compass, DPM, Magnitude)
• Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
