A Day in the Life
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Consumer Products Division as a Field Sales professional based in Brisbane North. This role covers a dynamic territory and requires some regional travel. You will be instrumental in driving our business forward by building strong, collaborative partnerships with key retailers like Priceline, local pharmacies and independent groceries.
In this role, you will:
  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic promotional plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence across your territory.
  • Build Partnerships: Manage and nurture customer relationships through a regular call cycle, becoming a trusted advisor and brand advocate.
  • Identify Opportunities: Proactively source new business opportunities within the pharmacy channel and stay ahead of market trends by monitoring competitor activities.
  • Be a Brand Champion: Act as the face of L'Oréal's iconic brands, ensuring excellent in-store execution and fostering customer loyalty.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused individual with a strong commercial mindset. You are a great match if you have:
  • A proven track record in field sales or territory management, preferably within the pharmacy or retail sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, allowing you to effectively manage your schedule and territory.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the motivation to autonomously pursue and achieve ambitious goals.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our retail partners.
