Brand Business Leader - Vichy
About the Role: As the Brand Business Leader for Vichy, you will lead one of the most trusted pioneer dermocosmetic brands in the L'Oréal portfolio. You are the "Business Owner" of the brand, responsible for driving sustainable growth through a sophisticated omnichannel strategy (B2B and B2C), where accelerating and scaling e-commerce development is a key strategic priority.
We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated leader ready to take on the challenge of transforming a well-established, mature brand. Your mission is to combine scientific rigor with cutting-edge skincare expertise, steering the P&L while inspiring a high-performing team to elevate the Vichy consumer and patient experience across all touchpoints.
Your Strategic Mission:
- Strategic Vision & P&L Ownership: Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan. You will have full accountability for the brand’s budget, sales forecasts, price policy implementation, and overall profitability (P&L management).
- Local Strategic Positioning & Content Creation: Take full ownership of international launches and craft the right tailored go-to-market strategy. Beyond adapting global assets, you will drive local content creation and production to build highly engaging, locally relevant consumer brand experiences.
- Omnichannel Execution & E-commerce Acceleration: Lead the omnichannel brand strategy and 360° marketing mix (IMC/Digital/Retail). Bridge the gap between our pharmacy partners (B2B) and consumers (B2C), with a heavy focus on scaling e-commerce and digital platforms to drive growth.
- Medical & Advocacy Engagement: Collaborate closely with medical and scientific relations teams to strengthen HCP (Health Care Professional) advocacy, dermatologist partnerships, and trust-building communication.
- Stakeholder & Agency Mobilization: Act as a central business partner, mobilizing Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams. Partner with agencies to develop high-impact Media & Advocacy plans.
- People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop the brand team. You will be responsible for spotting high-potential talent and fostering a culture of empowerment, cooperation, and professional excellence.
- Executive Communication: Define and present clear strategic messages to top management, accompanying the teams in the preparation of high-level meetings and business reviews.
- Pioneering Beauty Tech & Skin Diagnostics: Drive the digital transformation of skin health by scaling advanced skin diagnostic tools and tech solutions that empower consumers and support pharmacy partners.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Mindset & Passion: A passionate, highly motivated leader with a genuine readiness to drive the transformation of a mature, iconic brand in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 6–8+ years of proven experience in Marketing or Brand Management, ideally within dermocosmetics, beauty, or premium FMCG sectors.
- Leadership: At least 3+ years of experience as a people manager, with a track record of developing high-potential talent.
- Business Acumen & E-commerce: Strong analytical skills and experience managing a full P&L, combined with a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital ecosystems.
- Expertise: Experience in Sales, Digital, E-commerce, or Medical Advocacy will be considered a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Polish and English (written and verbal).
We are open for candidates with disabilities.
