We're seeking a highly motivated Brand Activation Manager to drive further growth for
L’Oréal Professionnel brand on the Polish market. As a Brand Activation Manager, you will be the driving force behind the brand's market presence. Your mission is to translate global and regional marketing strategies into impactful local activations that drive desirability, sell-out, and loyalty. You will sit at the crossroads of marketing, sales, and education, ensuring a seamless 360° consumer and stylist journey. Key responsibilities:
- Work alongside Brand Managers and implement trade marketing strategy together with Sales, Marketing and Education teams in order to boost your brand categories’ activation plan and to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives.
- Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful annual direct activation plan (salon business), respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets for each brand’s category. Identify optimization opportunities through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Full responsibility for managing brand’s commercial proposal and visibility on our online commercial platform (L’Oréal Partner Shop).
- Lead Brand Experience events from marketing end (in collaboration with Education and Sales team) to ensure operational and visibility excellence.
- Select the relevant brand tools, assets, gifts, samples, and all promotional levers with regard to the animation objectives and consumer target. Partner with Sales and Education teams to create "business driver" tools and promotions that support salons growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Sales, E-commerce and external agencies to ensure the best consumer activation in salons and perfumeries.
- Lead the creation of POS material answering the marketing plan needs while ensuring activation compliance with the Group's sustainability goals (L'Oréal for the Future).
- Adapt and implement global merchandising guidelines - translate global vision into local reality by adapting merchandising books and planograms to the Polish market. Ensure consistent brand image and "Retail Excellence" focusing on impactful consumer journey and visibility.
- Own the offline and online journey of hair stylists in order to drive the recruitment and conversion of the brand offline and online activations. Ensure strong brand’s visibility and impactful presence in hair salons and perfumeries.
- Analyze activations’ performance and distribution levels. Derive strategic recommendations and develop concrete roadmaps for implementation.
- Manage the A&P budget, ensuring optimized spend and high ROI for all activation activities.
- Develop and share key insights on local category trends and field observations.
To succeed in the role you will need to have:
- Ability to work independently, are self-motivated and know how to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment. A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in brand activation or brand management (min. 2-3 years of professional experience in trade marketing, sales or marketing).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and commercial results. Ability to quickly identify correlations and support resulting analyses and action plans both qualitatively and quantitatively using automated reporting tools.
- Knowledge about local market dynamics and environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and highly collaborative team working skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excel skills on intermediate level (at minimum).
- A genuine interest in the professional hair industry and a "beauty-tech" mindset.
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must.
