As we continue to lead the industry, we are looking for a Brand Business Director  LUXE (future opportunities) in Warsaw to be the strategic and commercial force behind one of our most prestigious luxury brands.


 YOU WILL... be acting as the primary strategic driver for the brand’s commercial success and market presence. Reporting directly to the LUXE General Manager, you will:

  •  Strategic Market Leadership: Define and guide the brand strategy for Poland, ensuring it aligns with international positioning while ruthlessly prioritizing local growth opportunities and consumer relationships.
  •  Equity & Patrimony: Act as the ultimate guardian of brand equity, ensuring every activation—from social media to selective retail—reflects the luxury, sophistication.
  •  Holistic Business Ownership: Lead the synergy between Product Marketing, Digital Engagement, Communications, Commercial, and Field teams to execute a unified, 360-degree business strategy.
  •  Performance Accountability: Deliver on the annual brand targets (Market Share, Retail Growth, and Operating Profit) through high-impact, multi-functional leadership and commercial rigor.
  •  Local Consumer Insight: Deep-dive into the Polish beauty consumer psyche to generate insights that turn global pillars into local "must-haves."
  •  Omnichannel Excellence: Orchestrate integrated consumer experiences across D2C, e-retail, and selective physical touchpoints, ensuring seamless execution and premium visual merchandising across all channels.
  •  Media & Communication: Drive the media strategy and campaign performance with local agencies, ensuring creative assets are culturally relevant and impactful for the Polish market.
  •  International Influence: Represent the Polish market at DMI (International Marketing Direction) meetings to ensure the 3-year product pipeline and global 360s are tailored to local consumer needs.
  •  Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of the budget (sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and A&P management within the P&L) with a strong focus on ROI and sustainable growth.
  •  Team Transformation: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, modern team capable of navigating the complexity of today’s luxury beauty landscape.

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the recruitment process in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Regulation on Personal Data of 27 April 2016, (hereinafter GDPR).
