What You Will Learn:

In this role, you will act as a key stakeholder for the Amazon team in owning content strategy on the platform. Using search frequency data and competitive insights, the Assistant Manager will lead SEO optimizations for Amazon, working closely with Brand Marketers and the Commercial Sales Director to bring the brand to life on Amazon. This individual will be responsible for:

  • Manage the comprehensive digital planogram for all Amazon-listed products, optimizing for organic visibility and search performance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce product launch process on Amazon, including competitive research, timeline management, creative asset coordination, and go-live execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Amazon Media team to optimize traffic generation and enhance performance for key product listings.
  • Develop and execute content optimization strategies for existing Amazon product pages, leveraging search trend analysis to enhance SEO and complement media initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional DMI Global Marketing, Digital and US Marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall brand vision and objectives.
  • Coordinate with advocacy & influencer and national media teams to secure and execute high-impact campaigns for key Amazon moments.
  • Track and analyze the performance of offsite traffic drivers to Amazon, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.

 

What We Are Looking For:

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Brand Marketing, Amazon e-commerce, SEO, or a Media capacity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Foundational understanding of sales and marketing.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical thinking, robust project management capabilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a highly collaborative approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Prior experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and adapting to rapidly changing demands with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Hudson Yards office three days per week.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $84,500-100,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
