This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for the US market, with a strong emphasis on the brand's e-commerce platform. The individual in this position will contribute significantly to brand visibility, engagement, online sales, and overall growth across various digital platforms, particularly NYX Professional Makeup's own digital storefront. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the cosmetics industry, digital marketing trends, and the NYX Professional Makeup brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans aligned with the overall brand strategy, with a strong focus on digital channels. Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, paid advertising, and affiliate marketing, driving traffic and conversions to the D2C e-commerce site.
- E-commerce Management & Optimization:
- Support the day-to-day management of the NYX US e-commerce website, ensuring product accuracy, compelling content, and an optimal user experience.
- Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and providing data-driven recommendations for site enhancements and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure new product launches and campaigns are seamlessly integrated into the e-commerce platform with engaging content and merchandising.
- Manage and optimize online product listings, including descriptions, imagery, and promotional tags, to maximize search visibility and consumer appeal.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze overall digital marketing and e-commerce campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization across all channels. Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends within the digital and D2C beauty space.
- Market Research & Trends: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities relevant to the US digital and D2C beauty landscape. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and e-commerce innovations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including sales, product development, creative, global marketing, and customer service/operations, to ensure cohesive brand messaging, seamless online customer experience, and achieve marketing and sales objectives.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing and e-commerce budgets, tracking expenses and ROI.
- Product Launches & Promotions: Support the planning and execution of product launches and promotional events across all digital platforms, with a strong focus on maximizing immediate and long-term e-commerce impact.
- Brand Activation: Contribute to brand activation plans, including promotional activities and retail media, aligning with brand vision and objectives across both D2C and other digital touchpoints.

Requirements:
- Education: A college degree is typically required.
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, content, and asset management, preferably within a D2C or beauty brand.
- Background: Strong background in digital, content, and platform management, with specific experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is crucial for managing product listings and online customer journeys.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for cross-functional teamwork.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze performance data (including web analytics, sales data, and conversion metrics) and provide actionable insights for e-commerce growth.
Salary Range: $77,000-$110,000 + Bonus
