What You Will Learn:
As a Portfolio Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Portfolio Management team by ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient order fulfillment, and accurate data management. You will be instrumental in executing solution-based processes to maximize service through high fill rates, providing critical insights from large datasets, and supporting seamless operations across our 3PL network. This role requires a forward-thinking approach, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent collaboration to maintain the integrity of our inventory and support strategic business goals by:
- Supporting month-end activities by preparing detailed inventory reports, reconciling data, and contributing to compliance checks in close alignment with Division and Finance.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of inventory management processes, providing analytical support to ensure optimal stock consumption across the network and identify opportunities for automation.
- Contributing to catalog management by ensuring data accuracy, tracking updates, and supporting the integrity of product information across systems.
- Proactively identifying and investigate inventory discrepancies, including those related to manual stock movements and DC-to-DC transfers, to maximize available stock and minimize impact.
- Conducting in-depth research on large data sets to provide insights and actionable recommendations that support strategic inventory and service level initiatives.
- Overseeing the daily processing of orders, troubleshooting inventory and system issues to ensure maximum order fulfillment for customer orders.
- Monitoring and review revenue orders to resolve or escalate any blocking points, ensuring smooth transaction flow.
- Supporting the optimization and utilization of SAP tools to improve inventory management and service levels, including assisting with SAP transitions related to inventory holds, allocations, and version changes.
- Developing and maintain robust inventory processes for 3PL locations, ensuring accurate reconciliations, reporting findings, and escalating issues based on tolerances, activity, and adherence to SOPs.
- Collaborating on identifying and improving end-to-end product availability communication flows to enhance On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer care, wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing related environment
- Demonstrates initiative by acting as a self-starter and taking on additional responsibility to further personal growth
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence functional groups.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers, engage in healthy conflict and effectively problem solve within a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet commitment with strong attention to detail
- Execute process improvement and lead projects enthusiastically in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Intermediate to advanced experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and others relevant to the company processes such as Power Query and PowerBI.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in SAP preferred.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $70,000 - $79,000 ( The actual compensation will depend on variety of job related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
