A Day in the Life

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst at our Funza plant in Colombia, you will be a key driver of our operational performance. Reporting to the Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to making our production processes safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Improvement Projects: Lead initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by reducing losses, waste, and non-conformities.
  • Analyze Performance: Use continuous improvement tools to analyze loss trees, identify root causes, and define impactful action plans for our plant’s key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Act as a vital link between operational and administrative teams, fostering strong communication on topics related to safety, quality, environment, and productivity.
  • Innovate and Benchmark: Research and implement best practices from other L'Oréal sites to drive local performance and contribute to our global standards of excellence.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an analytical and proactive individual with a strong desire to make an impact. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow within a world-class manufacturing setting.

You are a great fit if you have:

  • A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in a production, quality, maintenance, or continuous improvement role, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods, food, or pharmaceutical company.
  • Operational Excellence: A solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and tools to drive plant performance.
  • Data Driven: Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports, with strong skills in Excel and Power BI.
  • Project Management: The ability to manage improvement projects from definition to implementation, ensuring sustainable results.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Agility: A dynamic and adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
