A Day in the Life

As an Accounting Analyst at our production plant, you will be a key player in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial operations. Reporting to the Accounting Lead, you'll join a dynamic team where your strategic vision will empower you to propose and implement improvements that optimize our processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Expense Management: You will provide support for the CONCUR tool to ensure the proper processing and reconciliation of travel and entertainment expenses.
• Accounts Payable & Advances: You will record and track advances to employees and suppliers, ensuring timely settlement of balances in compliance with company policies.
• Analysis & Compliance: You will conduct financial analysis during the vendor creation process and be responsible for preparing and submitting reports to government entities such as DANE and the Superintendence of Companies.
• Accounting Support: You will support various activities within the accounting department, including the reconciliation of in-transit stock, to maintain the accuracy of our financial records.

• A professional with a degree in Public Accounting and solid experience in financial areas, especially in accounts payable processes.
• Highly proficient in SAP and with an advanced level of Excel.

• An integrator, capable of collaborating effectively with different teams, suppliers, and employees to achieve common goals.
