Role purpose 

The Counter Manager works within the team that helps support and lead a team of brand ambassadors that represent a beauty brand. You will lead by example and ensure the team facilitates an exceptional level of customer service within the perfume and cosmetics categories. We have exciting opportunity for a Counter Manager for Aesop at Sydney International Airport.

As a Counter Manager you will

• Experience in working within the luxury hair care, body care, fragrance and home industry.

• Have experience in achieving outstanding sales.

• The proven ability to coach and motivate a team.

• Have experience working and leading a team environment and building good working relations.

• Have passion and enthusiasm for the brand.

• A minimum of 2 years retail experience within a skincare industry.

What you should bring along

• Previous leadership experience within retail

• A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience

• Immaculate personal presentation

• Strong communication skills

• Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
