As an Account Support, you will work within the Business Performance & Commercial Transformation team within our Luxe Division. You will work in support of the account teams working on our different clients & strategic partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• The preparation and organization of administrative follow-up of the product launch cycle (information systems, order forms, presentations and information for stores)
• Good collaboration with the responsible Key Account Manager(s), with whom you will work daily. You will also have direct lines of communication with the Group Account Managers.
• Providing the necessary follow-up and information for the organization or business meetings.
• Ensuring budgetary control of the sales team (of promotions and activations), and in this role, you will be the primary point of contact for controlling.
• Proactively setting up projects/processes that improve business operations and converting commercial opportunities – that you have identified – into actual results.
Profile
You:
• Have completed a Bachelor's degree or equal through experience.
• Have a passion for Sales and an ideally an affinity with the beauty market
• High level of accuracy and a strong eye for detail.
• Work in a structured manner and are able to bring structure to processes.
• Always strive for improvement, efficiency, and optimization.
• Possess strong analytical skills and experience with Excel (strong affinity with numbers).
• Are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team.
• You are flexible and able to set priorities
• Have a good command of Dutch and/or French and English.
