What will you do? 

 

As an e-Business Planner, you will work under the Consumer Products Division (CPD), report Group Business Intelligence Manager, and be expected to do the following:



·        Ensure Division business building accuracy by following and challenging the sales monthly forecasts, on baseline, promotions and launches.

·        Aggregate the total sales forecasts in units and consolidated sales, then analyse all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps.

·        Communicate objective feedback, propose adjustment to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Supply Chain, Controlling) and validate the sales forecasts, lead the sales forecast monthly meeting.

·        Analyze sell in and sell out data and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on knowledge of forecast assumptions and sales drivers.

·        Drive efficiency in analytics and decision-making by managing Commercial systems and information hub for Division stakeholders and implementing process improvements as necessary.



Who are we looking for?

 

  • A graduate with a degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related
  • Displays sensitivity to L’Oréal's “Métier” 
  • Passionate about beauty and wants to build a career in the beauty and cosmetics industry
  • Has at least 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in Business Planning, Supply Chain, Account Management
  • Has advance excel proficiency 
  • Highly analytical, agile, entrepreneurial and has highproblem solving aptitude
  • Exhibits strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Driven, analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented
