A Day in the Life

As the Zone Finance Transformation Manager, you will be a key driver of change within our Finance function across the diverse and dynamic SAPMENA (South Asia Pacific, Middle East, North Africa) zone. You will be at the forefront of identifying, designing, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our financial processes, working closely with various markets and stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption and sustainable improvement.

  • Drive Transformation: You will lead and manage strategic finance projects aimed at process optimization, system enhancement, and adopting new ways of working across the SAPMENA markets.
  • Champion Innovation: Act as a catalyst for change by exploring and implementing new technologies, including AI, to drive efficiency and advance the capabilities of our finance teams.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Partner with a wide range of stakeholders, from local market finance teams to global project leaders and IT partners, to understand their needs, navigate complex processes, and ensure successful project rollout.
  • Manage Change: Develop and execute change management plans, providing support and training to ensure new processes and tools are effectively embedded within the organization.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a forward-thinking and proactive individual who is driven to challenge the status quo and find better ways of working. You are a natural collaborator, able to navigate a complex, multicultural environment with ease.

  • Relevant Experience: You have over 8 years of related work experience in roles that combine finance and technology. You possess a strong mix of knowledge across financial processes, data analytics, and technical systems.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Change Management: Experience driving organizational change, with a talent for bringing people along on a transformation journey.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to understand complex processes and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Digital Acumen: A strong interest in and understanding of new technologies, with experience or knowledge in leveraging AI and data to drive business value.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in SAPMENA local languages or French is a plus.
