Join the Retail Design team as a VISUAL MERCHANDISER.
The main responsibilities for this position include:
- Conception, production, and implementation of temporary or permanent POS (Point of Sale) materials for selective brands.
- Development, production, and implementation of premium podiums, animations, and window displays in collaboration with activation teams.
- Understanding the omnichannel strategy and adapting the retail concept according to the distribution channel or customer profile.
- Piloting and supervising design efficiency in accordance with deadlines and budget.
- Adapting the brand's spatial concept to local distribution constraints. Implementing merchandising solutions for POS materials, responding to the needs of the local marketing plan.
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date planograms.
- Collaborating efficiently with cross-functional departments (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and International).
- Ensuring the follow-up of productions on time and budget control with external suppliers.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the design and creation of furniture or POS materials.
- Mandatory experience in the Beauty Industry. Experience with the Make-Up category is desirable for the role.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and/or AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Capacity for continuous learning.
- Sensitivity to business strategy and objectives.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and diverse team.
- Excellent project management skills and focus to prioritize and drive key initiatives to success.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
